When you send an enquiry or appointment request, we store the contact details you provide, your vehicle details and your message so our team can respond and manage your request. An appointment request is subject to confirmation by our team. You can choose whether this website uses analytics and advertising measurement. With analytics permission, Google Analytics helps us understand visits and interactions on our public website. With advertising permission, Google Ads helps us measure submitted enquiries, appointment requests and clicks on phone and WhatsApp links. A phone or WhatsApp click shows interest; it does not confirm that a call or conversation took place. We send controlled page, language, brand and service information for measurement. We do not include the name, phone number, email address or free-text message from your form in these measurement events. Accepted form requests use an opaque reference to avoid counting the same request twice. With advertising permission, we may retain campaign source information and advertising click identifiers in your browser for up to 90 days and attach permitted campaign source information to your request so we can understand which advertising led to it. This browser retention period does not set how long we keep your enquiry in our customer management system. You can reject optional measurement, allow analytics only or accept analytics and advertising. Use Privacy choices in the website footer to change or withdraw your choice. Your enquiry form remains available if you reject optional measurement. We do not sell your enquiry data.
